keeping busy
Nadia and Colin play so well together, sometimes. And I caught a moment to prove it. I'm not entirely sure what they were doing but it sounded funny.
While Colin naps Nadia is allowed to play with her strawberry shortcake and my little pony stuff. And my are they tiny. I can barely pick them up. Nadia loves it and set up 2 different parties around 2 tables. And only 1 thing has gone down the cold air return. Don't stress....we got it out.
Nadia loves to go shovel the driveway with Daddy. She ran out the door, across the deck and into the pile of snow we've made.
Of course, eating snow!
Getting the snow off the slide. They were out for about an hour, and Daddy had to drag her inside. She brought me a gift...a plant, in the form of 2 sticks. Which Colin had a blast with, whacking everything.

I love reading your blog, guys!
It is going to be especially fun over the next little while because we just found out we are EXPECTING too!!! I am due in September and love to see how much fun you guys have with your little ones.

Okay, so there were two confusing points to your last post...are you guys actually expecting? And who said anything about TWO babies for us ?? ;)
Oh wait I think I get it now...I said we are expecting TOO and you thought i meant you are expecting.
I'm still concerned about the two cuties part :)...

I think I better set things straight! Congratulations to Andrea who is expecting 1 baby and when said baby arrives will then have 2 cutie kids. We are NOT expecting. And the really concerning part about this whole thing is that Dennis goes around using the word pedant! I had to look that up! I think I'm offended, just kidding! The only question remaining is what is IOW? I'm not good at cyber short hand!

Okay, so now I have a record to set straight, apparently. This is our first baby (unless you count my 'babies' of the canine variety:))...
Sometimes our modern day society's aversion to the use of the telephone sure gets us into trouble, eh???

As for IOW, that's internet slang for "in other words". My bad for assuming this is more well used than it perhaps is. But please don't be offended by the implication of being pedantic; I'm a self-avowed pedant, and it's really not as bad as it's made out to be.
Regarding confusion caused by internet slang, we recently had a client send us a technical clarification wherein they used 'I/O', which in our industry typically means 'inlet/outlet'. But they used it to mean 'instead of', which completely changed the meaning of the clarification and caused major confusion.
And finally, congratulations to whomever is expecting how ever many children!
