the Sawatzky Nomad

We hope to keep all of our cross-provincial friends, and those abroad, updated with this blog. And maybe even hear from some who are long lost friends.

yipy!

Our offer to purchase the house was ACCEPTED! and before the deadline! We are jumping up and down with excitement - well at least I am (Annalisa).

PRAISE GOD and thank you everyone for petitioning to God. We just need to see the lawyer and the bank and it's a done deal.

One little snag we found out about at the last minute...the seller is separated and he hasn't told his wife yet that he's selling the house. Mmmmm... that could be important! Please pray that their discussions would be peaceful and that God's hand would be on their relationship as they work this out.

PS. Sorry there haven't been any photos lately. I want to put some on, but my new camera is such a high resolution that our dial-up can't handle the up-load. We'll go to the church and add some soon. So please.... no hate mail about the lack of photos! :)

Oh, Halleluia! That's great! We're thrilled for you - I have been praying about it the last couple days, and I was thinking about how devastating it would be if you DIDN'T get the house. I'll keep praying that you do, and that the owner wife approves.

That's fantastic news! I looked at the photos and could totally see Nadia bouncing around the yard. The "little snag" is interesting though. Let's hope it's not messy!! We miss you guys! Harv was talking about Nadia in church this morning and how she was having sweet potato fries. And, sorry Tim, you were one of the subjects today, too. Take care! Love Charmaine

I'm sending "love mail" for more photos please. Actually, I just wanted to write the words "love mail" because really...who says that?

That is so wonderful for you guys! I'm so happy for you. What a great answer to prayer. Hopefully things will go smoothly with the present owners situation, I know how that can be, but it depends on if her name is on the mortgage. She may not have a say in the sale at all. And the rest isn't your problem really. Congrats!
