the Sawatzky Nomad

We hope to keep all of our cross-provincial friends, and those abroad, updated with this blog. And maybe even hear from some who are long lost friends.

Fun at Grandpa, Grandma & Auntie Lisa's

Here Nadia is helping Auntie Lisa bake. She really looks like she knows what she's doing.

Nadia shows off her multi-talents with a wooden spoon.

We would title this the drunken sailor
...but

2 cuties: Grandma & Nadia

the Cardboard Breakdown

Nadia was a great help with moving. I do admit she was better at unpacking than packing. I'm sure most of us would agree that it's more fun taking things out of the box than arranging things in. We did still manage to unpack our boxes in 2 days and feel settled within the week. We're happy about that.

Tim & Nadia take a break to play with a remote controlled car. This one not only drives but has a front axle that spins, making the car do all sorts of funny things. Nadia couldn't figure out if she loved it or hated it. Now it's her favourite thing and she's even learned to push the buttons to make it go.

Moving is hard work.

And after that much needed nap Nadia
sports some very artistic bed-head. I think they sell expensive salon products to make hair do that!
